Chris is a prince of a guy. We had a safe with a digital lock that stopped working. He spent considerable time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot, even called the manufacturer and called me back right away. Everyone was snowed in by a storm, but the following day he dug out and came over first thing. He is a pro, fascinating watching him work and all the specialty tools he used. I cannot recommend him highly enough. What a great solution to a lousy problem.

He fixed the deadbolt knob on my front door very quickly and showed me the reason why it broke in the first place and took measures to make sure it wouldn't be a problem again.
